How do I make a return ?

Send us an email or give us a call to request a return. We will provide you with a return number and detailed instructions.

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the return slip that we will have sent you.

Use the prepaid return label that we will provide. Drop off the package at a drop-off point or post office.

Get your refund

Once the return has been received and validated, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Once we receive your return, we will review it within 2 to 3 business days. The refund will then be processed and credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

No, you may return a product within 30 days, provided it is in a condition suitable for resale and complies with hygiene standards.

Who pays the return shipping costs ?

Return shipping costs are fully covered by AISA Care. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

How long will it take to receive my refund ?

Once your return has been validated (2–3 days), your refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

What should I do if I have lost my invoice ?

No worries! Simply contact our customer service team with your order number or the email used for your purchase. We will locate your order and resend your invoice.

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped ?

Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Is it possible to get a refund for shipping costs ?

Initial shipping costs are refunded only in the case of a full order return or a defective product. For partial returns, only the product amount will be refunded.
