When will I receive my AISA order ?

For mainland France, allow 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery (free for orders over €200) or 24 to 48 hours for express delivery (€9.90).

International orders are delivered within 5 to 10 days depending on the destination.

Can I track my package in real time ?

Yes, absolutely. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

This link allows you to view the location of your package and its estimated delivery time in real time.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world.

Customs fees are included for EU countries. For other destinations, please contact our customer service department for a personalized quote.

How are sensitive products such as serums shipped ?

Our serums, brume, and sensitive products are packaged in special containers with thermal protection.
During the summer months, we use insulated packaging to ensure optimal preservation of the active ingredients.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged ?

All our packages are insured. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately at support@aisa-care.com or on 01 78 40 04 38.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Can I change the delivery address after confirmation ?

If your order has not yet been shipped (status «in preparation»), you can change the address by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the package has been shipped, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change the address.
